Dynamic tags
Dynamic tags take values from your fields and put them into the blocks you design. So the content of those blocks is dynamic and changes from post to post based on each post's data.
Let's see an example
Let's say each post has a Logo image field and a Price number field. You're designing a single post template with an Image block for the logo and a Paragraph block for the price.
If you pick one logo and type one price into those blocks, every post shows the same logo and the same price, because the content is static.
To show each post's own values, select the Image block and click Dynamic tags in its toolbar. This opens the Select dynamic tag picker. The groups on the left are sources you can pull data from. On a single post template, the first group is Post. Other groups include Author, User, Term, and Site.
Open Post, pick Logo, then click Save. Select the Paragraph block, open Dynamic tags again, pick Price, and click Save.
Each post now shows its own logo and its own price.
The same picker works for text, links, and any other field type. Start with Adding dynamic tags. To format a price or combine values, read VX Script and the modifiers.
