Post types

A post type is a kind of content: Posts and Pages are built in, and a bookshop might add Books and Writers. VX → Post Types lets you create new post types and control the settings (labels, URLs, editor features, menus) of ones WordPress or other plugins registered.

Post types hold no fields themselves. Fields come from a fieldset whose Locations include the post type. That works whether or not VX manages the post type.
